Service Module
Print claim checks, Service invoices on standard 8.5 X 11 paper to your Windows Printer or 8.5 X 7 or 8.5 X 11 paper to your dot matrix printer. Also prints to a 3" receipt printer. You can select different fonts and graphics to print to a Windows Printer. You have the option to print your name and address on the tops of the claim checks and invoices or have the forms preprinted, or select Windows Fonts to print your own header. Use your own logo.
Messages on invoices, three different types available, a basic message for your warranty period, disclaimer message, a hint or advertising message.
Automatic insertion of description and pricing when entering parts or labor charges. Look up part #'s and pricing from screen. After posting repair to history file, all parts will be deducted from parts inventory.
Zip code data base, when entering a new customer, you just need enter the zip code and the city and state will be automatically inserted.
Type Repair, you can define up to ten different type repairs such as, Repair, Estimate, Warranty, Contract, etc.
Serial # Alert, when entering a new repair, the serial # is checked and if this unit was in your shop, a list of repairs from the history files are displayed.
Automatic claim numbering.
10 Quick entry repairs you can define, such as (Clean tape path, Replace parts, align, etc). Simple 1 key inserting.
20 Repair statics you can define, such as New, Working on, Ready, Waiting for parts.
Handles up to 20 technician's which will track all labor charges and part charges. You may print out a commission report by ANY dates selected, for one date, one week, even monthly.
Has 2 fields you may define for extra charges, such as (Service Charge, Delivery).
Has 4 fields you may define for identification such as (type, color, meter, extra customer account #).
Equipment, up to 20 different types of equipment you define. Will track and use in incoming reports.
Repair Statements, pre-define 12 repair statements such as (replaced parts, cleaned tape path and tested). A single key stroke will insert the statement and labor charge.
History, may be searched by: entering the phone number or serial # of the unit. A complete list will be displayed of all repairs under that search, you may review any of them. Any Search will search for any part of the invoice, such as name, address, make, model, parts used, anything that was entered on that invoice. You may print out that invoice or reuse the same information for a new repair.
Keyboard, most all entry can be done by using your keyboard, some functions require the mouse. You can enter a repair quickly without using the mouse.

Search Engines, Quick look for parts, customer, zip code, serial # alert. Within a second any search is complete and displayed.
User Friendly, all commands are displayed on the screen for smooth operation.
Data Backup, will back up all your important data to a floppy disk for safety.
Unlimited amount of repairs and customers only by the size of you hard drive.
Customers -A data base is maintained for all your customer. They are added automatically every time they bring in a repair, or can be added manually. Quick look up for all your customers by name or phone number. You may set up each customer as a COD or NET 30 account, taxable or not taxable.
Sales Module - use for over the counter sales. Uses same parts inventory for quick entry and pricing. Also posts to accounts receivable. Prints to Windows printer, Dot Matrix printer or 3" receipt printer. Quick search engine for history look up.
Purchase Order Module - use for ordering parts. Has a vendor list for quick inserting to a new Purchase Order. Prints to Windows printer, Dot Matrix printer, or to an ASCII file for use with your computers fax program, so you may fax the order. Adds the parts you ordered to the Parts Inventory when post to history. Tracks total dollars with each vendor.
Parts Inventory Module - maintain your parts inventory by part number, cost, list, location, quantity of hand and reorder point.
Reports include parts on hand, Reorder list and total $ on hand. Tracks last time your ordered this part. Quick search engine for look up by part number or description. Parts are automatically priced and deducted when entering on a service order.
Accounting Module - track all income by parts charge, labor charge, delivery charge, taxes collected up to three different tax rates. Reports both taxable and non taxable totals. Tracks all technician's parts and labor charges and commissions. You may print any report by a day or set any days, weeks months or a year.
Accounts Receivable Module - tracks any file that was posted to Accounts receivable. A browse command will display all company's that have an open receivable. Click on any name to display there open accounts. Prints Statements by single company or complete companies. Prints complete list of receivable files.
Reports Module - generate many different reports.
Status Report, Display the status of each repair, by all techs or a single tech, can select up to the 20 different statices you define. Can print to printer.
Incoming, displays by month and year quantity and type of equipment that came in to your shop.
Money Collected, Displays money that came in for that day. Displayed by type of payment. You can select the day to view.
ID-Search, Search and display any of the four ID fields you define for any search. Good for a second way to ID a large companies different departments.
Service Manual Data Base Module with Phone Book - keep track of all your service manuals by location. A quick search engine will display where you keep a manual quickly.
Phone book is a data base for all your personal phone numbers. A quick search engine will display your request quickly.
